I recently had an opportunity to team up with my husband for the GMC DIY Challenge. We were tasked with designing a piece of furniture that was sourced using reclaimed materials from the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. This piece was then going to be donated to Habitat for Humanity for use in one of their donated homes.
GMC documented the DIY Challenge in the video below and they also asked us to share a couple tips on how to use reclaimed materials.
